Great communication about when they were going to show up. Had a few surprises that were communicated and returned the following day and fixed the clogged pipe and resolved the issue. Respectful, courteous, and overall great experience.

These guys have a lot of knowledge, expertise, and ability. I used them to help with a significant bathroom and kitchen remodel and the installation of a tankless hot water heater. A very professional and polite crew with careful attention to detail. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Drake saved the day for me last week before Thanksgiving. I was hosting for my family and he was working at my neighbor’s condo. As he was leaving I asked him he had time to fix my toilet and he did! Nick came today and replaced my tub stopper! Both were so nice and polite-I highly recommend Brown’s plumbing!

I would recommend this plumbing company over any other one in all of Wichita! They have done multiple jobs for our property (really big ones) and the owner is maybe one of the nicest people I have ever met! Their prices are fair and they seem to really know their stuff when it comes to anything plumbing! Give them a call!

Super friendly. Very professional. The owner stopped by my house to check out a plumbing issue I had. His guys were busy and the owner wanted to keep his words. And he sure did. I had a great experience with Brown’s Plumbing Service! I called and they were able to get me in right away, which I really appreciated. The plumber was extremely efficient. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, and got straight to work. I had attempted a DIY plumbing fix under both sinks in my bathroom that clearly needed professional help. He fixed everything quickly and correctly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how transparent they were about pricing. There were no surprises, and the cost was very reasonable and affordable. Professional, efficient, honest, and easy to work with. I would absolutely call Brown’s Plumbing Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.
